General Terms
- These terms of use govern your use and access to FORSA, including the Forsa website, FORSA mobile applications, and any services provided by FORSA.
- Please read these terms of use carefully and in full before using FORSA, as these terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FORSA bartering.
- Your use and access to FORSA constitute your agreement to and acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms of use, you may not use or access FORSA.
- FORSA bartering reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time and without prior notice. Our right to cancel or modify these terms is not subject to any compensation or other rights that may arise from any breach that occurred or any rights, obligations, or liabilities previously incurred before cancellation or modification.
- In the event of any modification or update to any of the terms and conditions, users will be notified to reapprove the terms and conditions as appropriate.
- Continued use and access to FORSA after the publication of any modifications constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the modifications.
- All users of FORSA are referred to as "users" or "you" interchangeably throughout these terms of use. Users, for the purposes of these terms of use, should include any person, whether a natural or legal person, who uses, accesses, views, browses, records, or submits materials to FORSA.
- These terms of use govern the relationship between buyers and sellers only to the extent stipulated herein.
- During the development of our business, we may sell or acquire businesses or assets. In the event of a sale of the company, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar events, registered user information may be part of the transferred assets.

Introduction
- We provide an environment for sellers and buyers to negotiate and complete commercial transactions. FORSA platform facilitates business transactions related to user-generated content.
- To enhance your experience, we need to know some information about you. We invite you to review data collection and processing procedures in the privacy policy for more details on this matter.
- You can access the platform only through our application, web browser, traditional phone, and similar user applications. However, access through any robot, spider, offline internet reader, search applications, or any device, tool, manual or automated method to retrieve, organize, or mine information on the platform through scraping, spidering, or others is prohibited. With the exception, which we reserve the right to revoke at any time, search engine operators are allowed to use spiders to copy information from the platform only for the necessary purpose of creating search engines available to the public, without the right to retain or archive this information.
- In the event of any breach or for legal reasons, we reserve the right to prevent you from using the platform and/or any of FORSA's products (or any part thereof) at any time.

In these terms, we use defined terms. Here are the meanings of these terms:
- "Account" means your account on the FORSA platform.
- "Buyer" means the user who browses the platform, searches for any product or service on the platform, and/or communicates with another user with the intention of purchasing any product or service offered by them.
- "FORSA Products" means any and all products and services provided or supplied by us through the platform (or through any other electronic means), whether free or for a fee, including those provided through any mobile application, email we send to you, information services, content, and the ability to complete commercial transactions on the platform (including the ability to purchase these products and services from us).
- "Platform" means any website, mobile applications, communications or electronic services, social networking sites, or sites specific to any individual, business partners, merchants, cities, or any other geographical areas associated with or referred to in these terms.
- "Registration" means creating an account on the platform.
- "Seller" means the user who uploads any content on the platform with the intention of selling or offering any goods or services to other users.
- "Barter" means the process of exchanging a product for another product, a service for another service, or a service for a product, without financial compensation or with complementary financial compensation.
- "Commercial Transactions" means transactions between the seller and the buyer facilitated by us on the platform.
- "User-Generated Content" means any listings, posts, offers, ads, user-created content, information in a directory, business information, messages between users, including but not limited to email messages or other electronic communication means, reviews, opinions, advice, ratings, discussions, comments, responses to surveys, and any communications, whether arising on or through the platform or other platforms, and including any files, boards, images, videos, sounds, musical works, and any other similar content or materials.

Registration and Account Creation
- To be eligible to use the services, prior registration on FORSA as a user is required, along with the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- By becoming a FORSA user, you agree to the following: to be able to enter into legally binding contractual agreements and abide by them under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
- The registration process is very simple and will mostly require you to provide a username, password, an active phone number, or an email address. We reserve the right to request additional information to enhance the user experience.
- You will commit to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and honest information about yourself as required by FORSA's registration requirements. You will provide a valid mobile phone number and email address for registration, and enter your first and last name.
- Your name should not include the word "FORSA" or any other words that may give users the wrong impression that you are directly or indirectly associated with FORSA. Your name should not include any of your contact information, including, but not limited to, landline and mobile phone numbers, and email addresses. Your name should not represent any private or governmental entity in an unlawful manner or without prior permission or authorization.
- Each user has the right to own only one account on the platform. Any duplicate accounts will be deleted by us. If you use multiple accounts and we take action against you, we may take our actions against all your accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and notifying us immediately if any unauthorized third party becomes aware of your password or if there is any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach known to you that may affect your account. You agree that we are not responsible and do not bear any responsibility if someone you have disclosed your password to uses (and/or transacts through) the platform and/or purchases any Forsa products. Please note that you are solely responsible if you fail to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- We may send you administrative or promotional messages from time to time. We may also send you information related to your account activity and your purchase transactions, as well as updates about our platform or FORSA products or other promotional offers.

If we reasonably believe or have evidence that you (or user-generated content you created) have violated any of these terms, privacy policy, or applicable laws, or if we reasonably suspect, on reasonable grounds, that you (or user-generated content you created) have or will violate any of these terms, privacy policy, or applicable laws, we may, without prior notice:
- Ban or suspend your account, or permanently delete it, or blacklist it.
- Prevent you from using the platform or any FORSA products purchased (using your account or anyone else's).
- Prevent you from activating any FORSA products purchased. We will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from our exercise of this right.
- If we take any of the above actions, we may not restore the account to you until we receive confirmation from you, as we deem acceptable, that there will be no further violations of these terms, our privacy policy, or applicable laws.
- We will fully cooperate with any request or directive from security or judicial authorities to disclose the identity or locate any person in violation of these terms or applicable laws.
- By continuing to use our platform, you agree that we can at any time audit and inspect your account to investigate system errors or verify any potential or reported violations of these terms and conditions, or any of our policies, rules, or laws.
- You must notify us of any dispute within 48 hours of becoming aware of the issue.
- We reserve the right to close an account for anyone who violates these terms, including if it is found that they are using a proxy device to hide their IP address to cover up the use of multiple accounts, or if a person pretends to be in a country different from where they actually reside, or if they disrupt the platform or any Forsa products in any way.
- FORSA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel unverified or inactive accounts. FORSA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Listing Items on Forsa

FORSA supervision team reviews all ads before they are published in the application. This is to maintain the desired quality of ads for the market. Ads are approved or removed based on the following: image policy, description, price accuracy, prohibited ads, and duplicate ads.
Image Policy: Buyers on FORSA make their purchasing decisions based on the images displayed in the ad. Therefore, sellers must take pictures of the actual items offered for sale, and the images should not be generic or copied from search engines or other websites. Additionally, image clarity is important to accurately show any defects. Unclear or distorted images will be removed.
Description: Sellers must include an accurate and detailed description of the items they are offering on FORSA. The description should provide precise and up-to-date details about the condition, color, and any distinctive features of the item. The description must not violate FORSA's policies, and the FORSA team reserves the right to ban such posts and their sellers without prior notice, at the sole discretion of FORSA.
Price Accuracy: The price entered by sellers at the time of posting their item must be the price at which the seller is willing to sell or trade, and the seller should not later cancel sales claiming an inappropriate price. Listing an item at an unusually low price and then canceling the order once someone makes a purchase is a direct reason for account suspension. FORSA review team will automatically remove ads with abnormally low prices. Ads with excessively high prices will also be removed.
Duplicate Ads: The FORSA supervision team automatically removes all duplicate ads. FORSA encourages sellers to list unique items. To give sellers equal opportunities, the supervision team will also ban and prevent the seller, in case of repeated violations, from adding any other ads.
Ad Removal:
- After the initial review, ads will appear on the FORSA home page. We reserve the right to remove ads that we consider inappropriate according to our own discretion, even after initial approval. Users will not be notified in advance of removal. However, if you feel that your ad has been removed in error, you may request a review by FORSA's user support team through in-app messages or email.
- From time to time, the FORSA supervision team may ban other types of ads identified by the FORSA community as inappropriate (for example, refurbished phones, counterfeit products, items described misleadingly, etc.). An ad may be removed for the following reasons: it contains nudity or inappropriate content, or it includes products harmful to the community, or the ad includes inappropriate or offensive language targeting any race or religion, or any prohibited products as stipulated in the terms and conditions.
- Additionally, when copying images from another user or website, or if they are unclear and cannot be identified, if we have reason to believe that the item has been modified, or if we have reason to believe that the item is not actually for sale or not available, duplicate ads posted consecutively in a short period of time will also be removed.

Prohibited Items and Advertisements on Forsa

The following items are strictly prohibited on the FORSA platform. It is forbidden to advertise these items on the platform, and it is also forbidden to purchase them through FORSA. We ban the advertiser who advertises these items and also ban anyone who interacts with them through private messages or replies. Please note that there is no warning before the ban, and the ban is final with no room for negotiation.

The prohibited items include:
- All items prohibited by the laws of Kuwait.
- Installments and banking products. These items are prohibited even if they are considered legitimate.
- Medicines, medical, and health products. These items are prohibited even if they are allowed by the laws of the Ministry of Health or recommended by the ministry.
- Network marketing. Any form of network marketing is strictly prohibited, regardless of its type, nature, or method.
- Weapons, including tasers, pistols, rifles, personal protection weapons, and their accessories, even if they are licensed.
- Sexual products in all their forms and types.
- Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, and their marketing.
- Laser devices, spying and eavesdropping devices.
- Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, and the sale of memberships and programs.
- Sale of any free items, such as emails and accounts on social media platforms.
- Items that violate intellectual property rights, such as pirated software and movies.
- Tobacco products.
- Advertising products or services that require a license without obtaining the necessary license from the regulating authority.
- Prohibited devices, such as jamming, encryption, or mobile signal boosting devices.
- Devices with security risks.
- Advertising SIM cards or communication services without obtaining the necessary licenses and without registering them in the site's licensing system.

Prohibited Advertisements:
- All advertisements that are not related to buying and selling.
- Posting topics on the platform.
- Advertising for the purpose of adding a suggestion or discussing a problem with the administration on the site. Advertisements are intended for buying and selling only. Adding advertisements for suggestions to improve the site in the listings harms the advertisers on the site. The best way to suggest or complain is to contact us through the available contact methods.
- Advertisements that are incomplete in detail.
- Low-quality advertisements.
- Weak communication by the advertiser with members interested in the offered item.
- Advertisement in the wrong section.
- Adding an advertisement while having another prohibited membership. First, discuss the ban with us before adding any new advertisement.
- Adding a picture that is not of the same item. If the item is a car, even if it is for clarification purposes.
- Adding pictures of another item not offered.
- Any advertisement containing any form of racist content.
- Any advertisement containing incorrect information, whether intentional or unintentional.
- Adding an advertisement for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against one of our advertisers, please contact us and explain the issue. If you have a problem with an entity unrelated to us, please complain to the relevant authority.
- Adding an advertisement with a title that does not match the content of the advertisement.
- Copying an advertisement from another advertiser or part of it.
- General advertisements that do not specify the exact item.
- Donation and assistance requests.
- Advertisements for contributions and subscriptions.
- Begging and assisting beggars. We ban members who assist beggars on the platform.
- Requests for influence and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate.
- Advertisements that involve the abuse of authority.

Prohibited Responses:
- Advertising in response.
- Bargaining.
- Insults and abuse, whether justified or unjustified.
- Lack of seriousness and a lack of desire to buy.
- Commenting for the purpose of adding a joke, story, or news. The platform is for buying, selling, and exchanging only.
- Ridiculing the item or the advertiser.

Prohibited Private Messages:
- Advertising in private messages.
- Insults and abuse, whether justified or unjustified.

User Content:

The platform allows account holders to submit user-generated content. You can submit or post user-generated content on the FORSA platform in the specified format.
Any content you publish, upload, submit, or otherwise make available on the FORSA platform must grant Opportunity, and any other entity appointed by Opportunity, a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, sublicensable, transferable right to exercise any rights you have in the content, including copyright and trademark rights, in any known or future media format, and to use, reproduce, or license the use of the content.
By participating in any user-generated content, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or creator of the user-generated content, or if you act on behalf of the owner or creator, that you have explicit and prior authorization from the owner or creator to submit or publish the user-generated content, and that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses and rights set forth in these terms regarding such user-generated content.
Additionally, you affirm and warrant (or, if you act on behalf of the owner or creator of the user-generated content, the owner or creator affirms and warrants) that sharing the user-generated content for the purposes specified will not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party, including privacy rights.
You are not allowed to upload, publish, or otherwise make available any materials protected by copyright, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights on the platform without express permission from the owner of the copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. We are not responsible for providing you with any indications, marks, or anything else that may help you determine whether the material is protected by copyright, trademarks, or other rights. You will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from your violation of copyright, trademarks, property rights, or any other harm resulting from your publication of such materials.
FORSA reserves the absolute right to terminate the use of the platform by anyone who violates the intellectual property rights of another person. If you believe that any material has been posted on the platform by a user that constitutes a violation of your intellectual property rights, please contact us.
We have the absolute and exclusive right, without any obligation, to review, modify, publish, refuse to publish, remove, and monitor user-generated content (including user-generated content that, in our sole discretion, we deem inappropriate, unwanted, or prohibited). We are not obligated to use your user-generated content, and we may choose not to use it at all, reserving the right to decide whether any user-generated content is appropriate and complies with these terms. We also reserve the right to ban entry and/or modify or remove any user-generated content that may violate any of these terms, as determined by our reasonable judgment.
Between us, you retain all ownership rights to your user-generated content that you submit or publish. However, by contributing to the creation of user-generated content or any information on or through the platform, you grant us a free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works, publish, modify, translate, distribute, perform, display, broadcast, market, and sell your user-generated content independently or as part of other works in any form or medium, whether known now or developed later. You waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to the author's rights or regarding the user-generated content you may have under any applicable law. Our license to any user-generated content or personal information provided includes using it for promotion, advertising, marketing, market research, sharing ideas with merchants, quality control, or any other legitimate purpose.
Some user-generated content you submit to us may be displayed or may give you the option to display it alongside your personal information, including but not limited to your name, the first letters of your name, username, social media username, your image, images resembling you, your choices, and your location. You grant us the free, permanent, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use, reproduce, or license the use of your personal information attached to user-generated content independently or as part of other works in any form or medium, whether known now or developed later, and to license these rights from the source an unlimited number of times without compensation to you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we are not obligated to use your personal information attached to user-generated content.
You understand and agree that user-generated content is public. Anyone (whether they own an account or not) may read your user-generated content without your knowledge.
Please do not mention any personal information or any information in your user-generated content unless you wish to disclose it publicly. We are not responsible for the use or disclosure of any personal information or any other information you disclose regarding user-generated content. Any user-generated content created by you or any third party is created by the respective author(s) or distributor(s), not by us. Other users may publish inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive user-generated content. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for any user-generated content, and we do not assume any responsibility towards you or any person for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such user-generated content. User-generated content reflects the opinions of the person who posted it and may not reflect our opinion. We are not responsible for errors or omissions regarding user-generated content or content from third parties displayed on the platform or other platforms. We completely disclaim our responsibility, especially regarding your participation in, use of, or reliance on any user-generated content and any actions resulting from your participation in any part of the platform, including any user-generated content that violates these terms. We will use reasonable means to correct any errors or omissions as soon as we can after being notified of them.
In our relationship, you will retain all proprietary rights to your user-generated content that you submit or publish. However, by contributing to the creation of user-generated content or any information on or through the platform, you grant us a free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works, publish, modify, translate, distribute, perform, display, broadcast, market, and sell your user-generated content independently or as part of other works in any form or medium, whether known now or developed later. You waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to the author's rights or regarding the user-generated content you may have under any applicable law. Our license to any user-generated content or personal information provided includes using it for promotion, advertising, marketing, market research, sharing ideas with merchants, quality control, or any other legitimate purpose.
Some user-generated content you submit to us may be displayed or may give you the option to display it alongside your personal information, including but not limited to your name, the first letters of your name, username, social media username, your image, images resembling you, your choices, and your location. You grant us the free, permanent, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use, reproduce, or license the use of your personal information attached to user-generated content independently or as part of other works in any form or medium, whether known now or developed later, and to license these rights from the source an unlimited number of times without compensation to you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we are not obligated to use your personal information attached.

Fraud Prevention, Account Suspension, and Termination:

FORSA and its staff reserve the right to identify, cancel, or investigate any transaction that occurs on the Opportunity platform, including verifying the identity of both the seller and the buyer, as well as their contact and payment information. If a violation of any of Opportunity's terms and conditions is discovered, one or both accounts may be suspended either temporarily or permanently.
FORSA, at its discretion, may ban users who consistently violate the image policy or sell prohibited items. This includes high-volume sellers in the case of repeated violations. A user's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated at the discretion of the Opportunity team due to activity that contradicts Opportunity's terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to, harassing other users, fraudulent activities, and any behavior considered inappropriate. Cases of credit card fraud will be reported to local authorities without prior notice, and all relevant account information, including names, email addresses, mobile numbers, and addresses, will be shared with local authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination:

This section pertains to the termination of accounts, where termination is a unilateral decision made by the FORSA team to suspend a user's account for a specified or unspecified period. As an open marketplace for buying and selling among users, FORSA is responsible for establishing and maintaining trust within the Opportunity community among buyers, sellers, Opportunity, and its employees. Opportunity reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

Violations of the terms of use and policies as stated in these terms of use.
than three cancellations of purchase orders from the same user account without sufficient, reasonable, and valid justification.
Reselling by the same seller more than three times, as evidenced by buyers who are dissatisfied and provide clear evidence of the seller's error.More than three complaints reported by FORSA users to the support team about the same user account.
Harassment reported by any other member of the FORSA user community, FORSA employees, or partners.
All the above rules are applied by FORSA to protect the community from fraud and to ensure good relationships between users.
Fake Users:All user accounts that fail to confirm their email or mobile number are considered fake users.

License and Restrictions:
License: FORSA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license for:

Viewing FORSA and accessing it on your personal device.
Accessing and using any and all content and information available for personal use. You may only use the site's services for personal use.

You may not use any means, method, or artificial intelligence to extract any data from FORSA..
Your access and use of the site's services must not violate any FORSA rights in the services or the displayable content and information by FORSA or any third party.
You are not allowed to change, modify, alter, delete, or destroy any content or information displayed on FORSA. Any rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by FORSA.

Restrictions: You acknowledge and agree that you will not engage in any of the following actions on the platform unless expressly permitted by us:

Creating multiple accounts and/or selling any account.
Creating an account with false or misleading information, or an account that claims to belong to someone other than yourself.
Posting repetitive or duplicate content, including user content that matches or is closely similar across multiple sections or in multiple areas/cities/neighborhoods.
Listing more than one product or service in a single ad.
Deleting and reposting the same ad to improve its position.
Posting content in inappropriate sections.
Posting content from outside the local area or that has no relevance to the local area.
Posting general content or content not directly related to the offered product or service.
Editing an ad entirely or changing it to a different product or service.
Requesting or encouraging others to pay in advance for any goods or services before delivery.
personal photos (except as part of account information or when required by us).
with anyone who has requested not to be contacted, or tracking or harassing any person (whether using the platform or otherwise).
Commercially messaging anyone who has not requested such communication, including enticing a user to advertise on any other platform.
Collecting personal information about users or third parties for business or unlawful purposes.
Using automated technologies, including spiders, robots, crawlers, and data mining tools, to download or scrape data, except for non-commercial archives (e.g., archive.org) and search engines (e.g., Google) that comply with our policies and requirements.
Imposing unreasonable or disproportionately large loads on our servers and technical infrastructure.
Attempting unauthorized access to computer systems we own or control, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of the platform's service or interferes with its performance or impairs its functions.
Reverse engineering any part of the platform or making any changes to the platform except for posting user content in accordance with these terms.
Restricting or attempting to restrict another person's ability to use the platform or any FORSA product.
Reporting any ad or any other user without having a reasonable belief in good faith that the ad or user you are reporting has violated these terms, laws, or prevailing regulations, or using any type of automated devices or computer programs or other procedures (whether automated or not) to report more than one ad or more than one user at the same time or in a short period without having a reasonable belief in good faith that the ad or user you wish to report has violated these terms, laws, or prevailing regulations.
Using any device or automatic program that enables the automatic posting of posts on the platform without human intervention ("automatic posting device"), including without limitation, using any automatic posting device in relation to bulk posts, or automatically submitting posts at specific times or time intervals.
Hacking, or emailing through any means, computer viruses or harmful code of any kind, or any software that facilitates the penetration of computer systems with the intent to damage any operating system or intercept any personal data.

You also acknowledge and agree that any user-generated content (whether publicly accessible or private) that contains one or more of the following matters is considered prohibited and will be removed:

Unlawful content or content that violates laws, regulations, and prevailing codes of conduct.
Content that is defamatory to our reputation.
Annoying, deceptive, false, unreliable, fraudulent content that does not represent the nature and proper use of goods and services or intentionally includes misleading prices (including those related to discounts during or after promotional campaigns).
Information that contains or could contain personal or identifying information about another person without their explicit consent, or falsely represents itself as being related to any person or entity.
Defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, or harmful content or content that may be offensive or threatening or aggressive in nature (whether towards any individual or group or that incites violence towards any individual or group or towards animals) based on religion, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
Numbers in ad titles or phone numbers or words or phrases in any uploaded images.
Links redirecting to other websites.
Illegal alcoholic beverages, illegal tobacco products, drugs, illegal mind-altering substances, drugs, alcoholic beverages of any kind, medicines, therapeutic/mitigating substances (except for some cosmetic products) where approval for any ad may be granted if we receive confirmations that the advertiser is licensed under the law and that the ad does not violate applicable laws.
Living or dead persons and/or any part or organ of any human being that is preserved or stored in any way, whether artificial or natural, including blood, body fluids, and/or body parts.
Pornographic material or pornography involving child exploitation, prostitution, or any other service inherently designed to violate any law or regulation related to human trafficking, representation or photography of women or children, and prevailing ethical and modesty standards in the countries in which we operate.
Inappropriate, obscene materials intended for use in a sexual context (including materials of "slavery" and "lust"), or the display of sexual activity or human reproductive organs in a "realistic" or realistic manner.
Antiques and art treasures that are not permitted to be sold or traded under any applicable law.
Counterfeit, pirated, and/or stolen goods or illegal services not authorized (or services not licensed or not allowed for you to perform or do not have the authority to do).
Materials and goods and services that violate or attempt to violate intellectual property rights, advertising rights, moral rights, or aim to violate the personal right to privacy of any person.
Materials, goods, and services that the owner is prohibited from selling or otherwise prohibited from selling or listing.
Hazardous chemicals or pesticides.
Fireworks, explosive devices, and explosives, including any materials that enable the manufacture of fireworks and explosive devices.
Personal identification documents, personal financial records, and personal information.
Lottery tickets, draw tickets, any equipment and machinery specifically used for gambling.
Military or police badges, official uniforms, and government logos, distinctive marks, and/or materials related to the military or police that are not allowed to be sold or traded under any applicable law.

If a court of competent jurisdiction cancels a provision of these Terms of Use, the remaining terms of use will not be affected.
