- You can access the platform only through our application, web browser, traditional phone, and similar user applications. However, access through any robot, spider, offline internet reader, search applications, or any device, tool, manual or automated method to retrieve, organize, or mine information on the platform through scraping, spidering, or others is prohibited. With the exception, which we reserve the right to revoke at any time, search engine operators are allowed to use spiders to copy information from the platform only for the necessary purpose of creating search engines available to the public, without the right to retain or archive this information.
- In the event of any breach or for legal reasons, we reserve the right to prevent you from using the platform and/or any of FORSABARTER.com’s products (or any part thereof) at any time.

- Each user has the right to own only one account on the platform. Any duplicate accounts will be deleted by us. If you use multiple accounts and we take action against you, we may take our actions against all your accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and notifying us immediately if any unauthorized third party becomes aware of your password or if there is any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach known to you that may affect your account.

FORSABARTER.COM Customer Support and Complacence Team may review all ads before they are published in the application. This is to maintain the desired quality of ads for the market. Ads are approved or removed based on the following: image policy, description, price accuracy, prohibited ads, and duplicate ads.
Image Policy:
Buyers on FORSABARTER.COM make their purchasing decisions based on the images displayed in the ad. Therefore, sellers must take pictures of the actual items offered for sale, and the images should not be generic or copied from search engines or other websites.
